Production Worker, Day Shift

We are a privately owned manufacturing plant celebrating our 50th year in business. We are located in the heart of NW Portland. Our company is an industry leader in creating products for material handling, construction, and mining.

We are in need of a strong, reliable worker in our rubber prep department.

Duties:

Preparing rubber for use in product manufacturing

Ensuring quality control of products

Managing production timelines

Multitasking effectively

Ideal candidates qualities:

High attention to detail and safety

Good communication skills

Ability to consistently lift 50 - 100 lbs

Comfort working with a diverse workforce

Demonstrated loyalty and reliability in work history

Strong work ethic

Nice to have skills:

General labor or manufacturing experience

Forklift operation experience

Spanish language proficiency

Shift:

Day shift (5:00am – 1:00pm), Monday – Friday.
