Job Title: Program Support Specialist 1

Location:

Portland, OR

Client: Bonneville Power Administration

Duration: 12+ months

Hybrid role Once a week in the office.

Pay Rate: $36/hr. W2

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Corresponding Experience (required on matrix)
  • A degree in business administration, management, accounting, computer science or a closely- related field preferred.
o With an applicable Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of experience (including internship or volunteer work) is required.o With an applicable Associates degree, 3 years of experience is required.o Without a degree or applicable degree, 7 years of experience is required.
  • Experience should include program/project coordination/control and progressively more technical in nature

Required Technical Skills & Experience (required on matrix)
  • 4 years of demonstrated program/project coordination/control experience
  • 2 years of experience performing administrative functions in an automated learning management system
  • Prior file maintenance experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Visio and MS PowerPoint
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Skills & Experience (optional on matrix)
  • Working knowledge of Sharepoint
