Global Client Direct Consumer Services Project CoordinatorAs a project coordinator for Global Client Direct & Consumer Services, you will work with global teams in North America, Europe, China and APLA to launch new projects, manage multi-functional projects, and develop project plans and workflows. You will collaborate with business and technology teams across Client to plan, execute, and manage initiatives from ideation to completion. You'll also develop communication strategies and manage those plans to represent status reports and next steps for new and existing projects, scheduling issues, budget changes, etc. You will lead kick-off and project review meetings, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and facilitate timely decisions to ensure projects stay on track. In addition, you'll actively participate in departmental status, checkpoint and issue-resolution meetings. Responsibilities
  • Manage processes & toolsets from intake through delivery
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal resources and third parties / vendors for the execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and communicate at the staff and senior leadership level
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Create and execute thoughtful communication plans
  • Ability in handling multiple and competing priorities and requests
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related discipline
  • Advanced skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Aha!
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to construct and format effective reports and presentations
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and interest in supporting a global team
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercising good judgment in problem solving and keeping team members adequately informed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile Principle experience is a plus
