Grounds maintenance

Carpentry skills for minor renovation work

Ability to work independently and document all work performed. Attention to detail a must.

Other duties as related to property maintenance

Required:

Experience in property maintenance as detailed above

Your own tools

Vehicle. Valid driver's license and insurance required
