Property Management - Business Development

Rent Portland Homes Professionals - manages hundreds of single-family homes, townhomes and condos across the Portland Metro Area and has need for a - FULL TIME – Business Development Specialist.

This position is hourly PLUS commissions based on the number of homes you sign. On average, our business development specialists in this position will sign 15-20 homes per month.

Requirements

MUST HAVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!

Have knowledgeable and stay updated on local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.

SALES EXPERIENCE

Attention to detail

Fast-paced, organized multitasker

A people person

Must be a person with strong computer skills.

Ability to follow up and be good at time management.

Experience with Appfolio a plus.

Ability to work independently and be a team player

Reliable transportation as this position requires driving to and from properties around the Portland metro area (mileage is reimbursed for company use at .72 per mile)

Compensation: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour plus Commission
