Description Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join an animal hospital client in Portland, Oregon. In this contract, hybrid role, your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, conducting initial candidate screenings, and facilitating the onboarding process.Responsibilities: Reviewing and processing applications from potential candidates Organizing and scheduling interviews with prospective hires Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability Coordinating new hire orientations and assisting with the onboarding process Managing various inboxes related to HR and recruiting questions Managing communication with applicants professionally and promptly Overseeing the reference check process to verify candidate information Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems to maintain accurate records of all candidates Assisting with talent sourcing to identify potential candidates Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks Providing exceptional customer service to all potential and existing employeesRequirements At least one year of experience in a recruiting coordinator role or similar position Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites for administrative tasks Experience in using Applicant Track Systems for efficient recruitment process Strong communication skills to effectively interact with applicants and hiring team Ability to schedule interviews, coordinating between multiple parties to find suitable times Proven talent sourcing skills to attract and engage potential candidates Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all applicants Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detailApply online today!Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
