We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in McMinnville, Oregon!Salary (Union Pay Scale)$37-$54.37 per hour (1-9 years experience)$55-$61.53 per hour (10-20 years experience)Shift DifferentialsNight Shift Differential: $6.50 per hourWeekend Shift Differential: $2.00 per hourShift7pm-7:30am - x3 shifts per weekRequirements

Unencumbered RN Oregon state license.

Acute Care/Med Surg experience (preferred). Open to LTC, Hospice, or similar background.

At least 1 year of experience as an RN.

BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire)

Job Duties

Exhibits proficiency in utilizing the Nursing Process for diverse age groups, including Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.

Meticulously documents in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital requirements.

Engages in the prudent management of healthcare resources.

Commits to maintaining clinical competency and ongoing professional growth.

Applies theoretical knowledge and practical skills within a clinical setting.

Capable of working various shifts and days.

Actively contributes to patient care and satisfaction improvement projects and initiatives.
