Carla Properties, Ltd. is seeking a full-time Resident Manager to join our team at Beaver Creek Apartments, offering spacious 1- and 2-bedroom homes in a vibrant community.

About the Role

Greet visitors, provide property information, and engage in leasing activities

Explain rental agreements and move-in packages with attention to detail

Utilize Yardi & Tenant Tech for data entry and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)

Resolve resident issues professionally and promptly

Supervise office and maintenance staff, ensuring property success

Enforce company policies and procedures, acting in the best interest of Carla Properties

Support your team and foster a positive, collaborative environment

Qualifications

6+ years in multifamily housing industry & 4+ years as a Resident Manager

Excellent customer service and leadership skills

Intermediate computer proficiency

3+ years with Yardi, 1+ year with Tenant Tech

Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

Knowledge of fair housing laws and strong leasing skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Effective English communication with diverse backgrounds

Work Schedule

Full-Time: Sunday – Thursday

Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Hours: Sunday 9am–5pm; Mon–Thu 9am–6pm (39.5 hrs/week)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $5,500 – $6,250/month (DOE) + commissions

Paid medical insurance (full premium for employee)
