Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused ReUse Store Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. If you are a friendly, outgoing, and dedicated individual with a passion for helping customers find the products they need, we'd love to have you on board!

No Weekends/Evenings, part-time and full-time positions available, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k) options and employer match.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist customers, as they enter the store, providing a warm and welcoming shopping experience.

2. Understand our products, providing information and recommendations to customers.

3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide limited after-sales support.

5. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring a tidy shopping environment.

6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team.

7. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.

8. Participate in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.

10. Contribute to a positive and cooperative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer and math skills.

- Reliable and punctual.
