What will I be doing?As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops sponges, brushes, and cleaning products
Strip and make beds, changing bed linens which may require lifting heavy bedspreads
Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly
Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash
Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room
Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
Perform guest turn down service, as needed
Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
