What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and listen to their RV concerns with a professional and welcoming attitude

Write detailed repair orders and service estimates

Schedule appointments and coordinate repair timelines

Communicate clearly with technicians and keep customers updated on service progress

Order parts, track warranties, and manage service records

Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Previous experience in RV, automotive, or related service writing preferred

Familiarity with service software and scheduling systems.
