Job Description
Junior Sales Partner
Today is awesome! You showed up for work and are ready to get out and help people improve their homes and lives. You’ve got the training and education to understand what’s to be done… now it’s time to roll up your sleeves and put it into action. You drive to the ideal customer’s neighborhood. You talk to homeowners about replacing their windows with energy efficient windows and doors and are excited to let the whole neighborhood know what makes Apex so unique.
Job Duties:
Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure your work area has been completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer.
Develop your expertise: You set appointments for the Senior Partners at the customers homes, knowing that you’re providing a positive experience to our customers lives through the services we offer, in turn giving them peace of mind that their home is in good hands. Over time, you gain a growing expertise in the products we offer.
Become a trusted professional: You keep your tools neat, clean, and organized so they’re handy and ready for use. You are detailed oriented. You’ll learn to use our proprietary software, understand how our unique marketing approach works and put in continuous work to become a trusted industry expert.
Pathways to advancement: You will start as a Junior Sales Partner and be given a clear path on how to advance to becoming a Senior Sales Partner. Once a Senior Sales Partner, you will be trained to properly position our product to homeowners in order to help them make the right decisions for their window and door project. After that you’ll strive to be a top Sales Rep in the company and earn a spot on our annual Top Achievers trip. Each pathway to advancement opens doors for more pay. Our Junior Sales Associates earn $45,000 to $80,000 a year through commission plus bonuses and incentives!
Job Requirements:
You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You don’t need experience to apply here but experience is a plus. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone – from the customer to the team to yourself. You eagerly complete your training requirements and ask, “What’s next?” You’ll learn our culture, how to interact with customers, and get an overview of our entire system and processes.
You’re a motivated people person: You love the challenge you’re posed with and the adventure of completing a job well done. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a homeowner and professionally educating them in what their options are. Service recommendations, technical information? No problem.
You’re ready to work: You have a driver’s license and a ready-to-work attitude.
You’re a professional: You are clean, neat, and well-groomed in appearance. You look, speak, and dress like a professional. You keep your work area clean and orderly. You are focused and clear-headed. You don’t beat yourself up over mistakes and instead use them as an opportunity to improve. You are level-headed and optimistic. You handle feedback well and strive to produce more than expected.
WHEN HIRED YOU WILL DRIVE TO THE LAKE OSWEGO OFFICE DURING TRAINING AND EVERY MONDAY AND THURSDAY FOR MEETINGS AFTER TRAINING IS COMPLETE
