The Sales and Design Consultant role is critical to the California Closets Design Brand experience and the relationship earned with each and every customer. By listening to a customer’s needs and collaborating on every detail, this role is responsible for delivering highly personalized, whole-home design solutions and exceptional service. Supported by enhanced training, this role requires passion for design, integrity, and commitment to excellence for measuring, designing, selling, and delivering custom solutions that add lifetime value and impact. This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position.What We OfferCalifornia Closets has both company-owned and franchise locations. This location is company-owned, therefore earns the following benefits:     Our Sales & Design Consultants work from their home, our clients' homes & businesses, as well as our showrooms and offices.
