Job Duties & General Responsibilities:
Greet clients, answer and direct phone calls, take messages, manage email correspondence – review and respond to emails or notify supporting staff for response.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, including sending reminders and coordinating with meeting attendees.
Scan, upload, and organize tax documents to client files.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems.
Draft and distribute letters, memos, and client reports for review.
Assist with special projects as assigned, including research and data collection.
Perform other clerical tasks to support efficient office operation.
Desired Qualifications (but not required):
Organizational skills such as the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently or in a group setting. Attention to detail and communication skills are preferred.
