AMCL is looking to recruit a Senior Asset Management Consultant to lead and support the collection, analysis, and communication of data and data-derived insights to support proactive, risk-informed decision-making for the organizations that own, operate, maintain, and fund our infrastructure.The role will require in-person meetings at various client sites. The role may support projects across the U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Data Analytics and Reporting:Interpret complex datasets in Enterprise Asset Management systems (e.g., IBM Maximo, Trapeze, Hexagon EAM), develop KPIs, analyze trends and perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive & prescriptive analytics.Develop models and tools to support risk assessment, with performance analysis and forecasts of future performance across multiple criteriaApply scenario planning and constraints in development of tools to optimize individual projects, capital improvement programs, and maintenance intervention strategies (including but not limited to Reliability Centered Maintenance).Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards.Lead the design and implementation of complex extract, transform and load (ETL) processes from multiple sources, ensuring scalability, efficiency, accuracy and reliability.Process confidential data and information according to data standards and information security protocols.Communicate and present data analytics insights to the team and clients, with an emphasis on implications for lifecycle decision-making about assets, business process improvement, and organizational strategy.Prepare visualizations and distillations of findings to incorporate into formal reports and documents.Asset Management Consulting:Assemble and analyze information about client organizations to understand how gaps in current Asset Information Management capabilities prevent them from achieving their desired outcomes.Identify organizational improvement opportunities and support the implementation of business transformation and technology change projects, provide IT system implementation assurance, improve the effectiveness of data analytics within the broader scope of lifecycle information management and help clients deliver more value from information technology.Assess gaps and recommend specific improvements to information standards, data quality assurance processes, and governance of information and IT systems.Deliver project work, including but not limited to, facilitating internal and external workshops, writing and editing reports, incorporating graphics and visualizations in collaboration with graphic designers, and delivering presentations.Manage scope, schedule and budget, proactively identify and mitigate program and project risks, collaborate with technical assurance leads and subject matter experts, and coordinate among team members.Support business development and sales activities including identifying new opportunities, supporting bid work, proposal writing, and presentation development.Contribute to leading thinking on emerging business and Asset Management topics.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
