  • Interface with clients, offering support and guidance throughout projects
  • Develop diverse technology based solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets related to AWS deployments
  • Deploy and maintain monitoring for AWS environments
  • Automation through scripts and IaC
  • Mentor junior engineers
Requirements
  • 5 - 7+ years of proven experience managing linux server environments including SSH tunneling and troubleshooting DNS/network connectivity.
  • Strong client communications skills
  • Customer facing helpdesk experience.
  • Successful automation implementations with bash and/or powershell scripts.
  • Experience configuring and managing microservices with containers including putting together Dockerfiles and docker-compose files.
  • Experience with implementing and troubleshooting LAMP stacks.
  • Experience with monitoring solutions like CloudWatch, DataDog, New Relic, etc.
  • Extensive experience with the following AWS services -
    • Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2)
    • Elastic Container Service (ECS)
    • Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
    • Relational Database Service (RDS)
    • Load Balancers
    • Lambda
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • Simple Storage Service (S3)
    • CloudFormation & TerraForm (Hashicorp)
    • Codepipeline and CodeBuild
  • AWS Solutions Architect or other AWS certifications strongly preferred
