Come work with a team of professionals dedicated to design excellence at Coffman Engineers’ Portland office.We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and quality-oriented Senior Mechanical Engineer with a background in HVAC and plumbing consulting engineering to join our group as a long-term member of our highly-respected team.  This position offers the opportunity to help lead and grow our Mechanical Department for our Portland office while working on impactful and complex projects primarily in healthcare, laboratory, Department of Defense, and higher education. We are looking for someone who works effectively with all personality types, interested in developing close relationships with our great clients, and who desires to grow professionally and stay involved in the activities and exciting trends in the industry. The position will involve a mix of design work for construction documents, construction support, and new project scoping and proposal writing.  We work in tight-knit teams that support each other and are managed with a healthy work-life balance that is focused on development and caring for the whole person. This position is not eligible for sponsorship
