Procore is looking for a Sr. Mgr, Revenue Enablement, to join our Revenue org, leading our Enablement business partnership team. Revenue Enablement is part of the global revenue organization and reports to our Revenue Operations, Strategy, and Enablement team.
This position reports to the VP of Global Revenue Enablement and will be based in remote US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Responsible for Global Enablement Calendar, including delivering and tracking enablement programs across various businesses to accelerate talent development across products, industry knowledge, and role-based competencies.Partner closely with Revenue Leadership to ensure Enablement is executing on programs and trainings to drive productivity and accomplish company-wide goals.Lead a team of Enablement business partners who:Partner with a specific Revenue team/function and leadership to uncover role-specific business needs, & help design programs/training to address those needsIn partnership with the broader enablement team and Field Ops, support the execution of enablement initiatives for a particular region/business.Analyzes and interprets key metrics to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metricsWork with the global Enablement team to help facilitate onboarding programs and training initiatives for the Revenue audience and run supplemental onboarding for the business-specific team, aka “Day in the Life.”Facilitation of global in-person & virtual training in onboarding and ongoing learning.Create, distribute, and analyze training program surveys, including executive summaries.Own 30/60/90-day plans across specific businesses. Audit past content and training to ensure all relevant content is available for the field.Prioritize projects assigned and meet project timelines.Leverage Procore’s suite of enablement curriculum and sales tools to enhance development and accelerate productivityHelp drive consistency and create alignment across sales and GTM teams.Establish an operating model and framework for the team to ensure alignment and effectiveness.Measure and report on team performance, projects, and involvement across strategic initiatives.Build strong cross-functional relationships with the broader Enablement team, ROSE org, and business stakeholders across Procore.What we’re looking for:10+ years experience working in Sales or CS Enablement, Sales or CS (SDR, account executive, CSM, etc.), or a similar role across Revenue.Team leadership and management experience.A strategic thinker. You know how to formulate sales enablement programs that are high-impact and scalable, always keeping the end goal in mind.Ability to understand and deconstruct technical concepts & productsA collaborative working style, with experience working across the company with teams of varied sizes to achieve common goalsStrong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at a senior levelAttention to detail and exemplary organizational skills
