Reports To: Transportation Supervisor

Position Summary:

Provides transportation for Chinook Winds guest/employees according to assigned schedules.

Essential Functions:

Greats/welcomes Chinook Winds customers when taking them to or from Chinook Winds.

Transport guests and employees to/from Chinook Winds Casino Resort, ensuring all company policy and procedures are followed.

Drive the shuttle to any destination given to the driver by the Transportation manager/supervisor.

Perform all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds customer’s service standards.

Maintain and provides general knowledge of Chinook Winds events, promotions, and services to our guests.

Maintain security of Chinook Winds keys and vehicles.

Performs general upkeep to all Chinook Winds vehicles.

Identifies and reports any irregular, unsafe, or hazardous conditions including any unsafe Chinook Winds Vehicles immediately.

Will carry out any task as directed by Transportation managers/supervisor.

Must follow all state, federal, and local traffic laws.

Other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Experience:

One year of shuttle driving experience preferred.

Certificates & Licenses:

Valid Oregon Driver’s license.

Valid Commercial Driving license preferred.

DOT physical preferred.

First aid/CPR certification within 180 days of employment.

Siletz Tribal Gaming License.

Other Requirements:

Excellent driving record.

Experience & demonstrated ability operating a variety of motor vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions.
