We're looking for a Solutions Engineer, Team Lead, LATAM, to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert and champion throughout the sales cycle. You’ll partner with our Account Executive teams helping to articulate Procore’s overall value proposition.As a Solutions Engineer, Team Lead, LATAM, a portion of your role will also be to oversee Procore's Solutions Engineering LATAM team comprised of industry experts and tenured solutions engineers. You'll provide mentorship and coaching, establish best practices, and manage team performance. In this revenue-generating position, you'll provide technical pre-sales support to Account Executives who work with potential Procore customers. Successful candidates are excited to drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to meet and exceed sales goals. This position has the opportunity to be located in Toronto, CA, Austin, TX, New York, NYC, at our headquarters in Carpinteria, CA, or remotely. What you'll do:Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration and closeCraft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Procore platformParticipate in technical demonstrations and coordinate multiple technical resources, both internal and externalRecruit, train, and enable Sales Engineers to support the technical needs of Procore's sales organizationHelp to establish best practices around demoing, POCs, objection handling, storytelling, and ROI conversationsPartner with sales leadership to develop strategic and technical account plansEstablish processes for tracking Sales Engineer involvement in supporting sales lifecycle and forecasting processes; improve deal forecasting by leveraging Sales Engineer activitiesCreate processes for managing technical RFP and continue to build product knowledge base/internal wiki pagesWork with the Product Management team to identify and communicate prospect and current client technical requirements or feature requests; collaborate with Product Marketing on sales enablement activitiesSupport the development of the sales team through internal technical trainingMaintain a current understanding of Procore's target market technical requirements and trendsWhat we're looking for:Professional Proficiency in English & SpanishHighly motivated individual with the drive to become a leader. 5+ years experience in technical B2B sales, SaaS preferred; 3+ years of experience implementing complex SaaS technology solutionsConstruction Management or Construction Field experience is preferredBA/BS degree or equivalent experienceProven technical aptitudeAbility to challenge and lead team members toward peak performanceUnderstanding and or strong interest in developing a working knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including storage, database, data warehousing, data integration, data analytics, and securityExperience managing a vertical SE team or working in vertical Saas is a plusProficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), MS Office, and Google Applications is preferred
