Sous Chef- Leadcook

For sous chef position.

Provide leadership and capable of training all back-of -the house

Work along side with the chef to ensure the kitchen operations up the expectations, such as menu planning, set standards

Be able to lead the culinary team due to the absentee of the chef

Work well with the back of house as well as the front of house

Maintain a professional culinary operation and control expenses related to the operation.
