We are looking to grow our care team with licensed Massage Therapist(s) and/or Acupuncturist(s) who will work as an independent contractor, while also collaborating with the Doctor on shared patient care.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Current Oregon license and malpractice insurance

-Must provide your own equipment

-Suite 3: 11x11 = 121 sq. ft.

-Suite 4: 6.5x8 = 52 sq. ft. (great for a private office)
