Hard-to-beat works too.ResponsibilitiesAs a Staffing Technician you are responsible for assisting with daily staffing to provide optimum patient care on all nursing units.Essential Duties:
Prioritizes and reviews staffing needs for the week. Makes calls to fill open shifts.
Ensures staffing decisions follow ONA contractual agreements and policies.
Posts, views and awards shifts in electronic scheduling system.
Updates timekeeping system for staff.
Assists in maintaining staffing ratios.
Prepares and submits staffing reports.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pmQualificationsExperience:
3 years secretarial experience
A combination of secretarial and clerical experience that contains at least 2 years secretarial experience will also be considered
Healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge of electronic scheduling and timekeeping systems preferred
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
