Are you a licensed cosmetologist in search of a station to rent?

We are looking to fill 3 stations at Royal Designs Day Spa in Downtown Beaverton, Oregon! You can’t beat this amazing, centralized location.

We are currently renting out:

1 station for a hair stylist, includes chair & sink

1 station for an esthetician, includes bed

1 station for an esthetician OR Nail Tech, bring your own bed/table

We are a licensed facility and have a dispensary area and bathroom in the back.

$350/month for part time use (2-3 days/week) (part time will NOT have to share their station with anyone else)

$450/month for full time use (4-6 days/week)

If your building your clientele we are offering first 6 months you60/40shop

Or $25 a day. Different lease time. When you go part or full time after then 1 yr lease.

1 YEAR signed lease required with an agreed upon set schedule

Must have current & valid Oregon cosmetology & Independent Contractor licenses
