Technical Product Manager - EST time zone remote We are seeking an experienced

Product Manager

with 0 to 1 product development experience in Agile and Cloud environments to join our enterprise retail client. This TPM will own and drive products from vision through design, requirements, and delivery for a new cloud-based data integration platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, including near-term delivery and long-term product evolution
  • Drive strategy, inspiring, guiding, setting objectives and key results
  • Act as a facilitator within a larger cross-functional team to solve business problems
  • Develop strategic product plan and deliver breakthrough platform capabilities by working with technical and non-technical partners; measure output, improve execution, and continuously deliver 10X value creation
  • Define platform product strategy, features, and success criteria for evaluating vendors/partners to make ongoing buy-build-partner-acquire decisions
  • Model Agile principles to increase speed and frequency of product delivery by maintaining and communicating groomed backlog, providing 1-N prioritization for backlog, and setting criteria for Minimum Viable Product
  • Provide leadership direction to direct and/or matrixed core team members, incorporating feedback from across all functions, product leadership, and company's senior leadership

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Agile Product Management or new product development (NPD) experience in a digital/eCommerce company with demonstrated success conceiving, building, and delivering new products, platforms, and experiences to markets
  • Experience across Data Integration, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform products, and modern Agile practices are required
  • Ability to work directly with development teams is required, and a background in software development is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience creating and using strategy to solve complex problems that span across multiple divisions and groups within company
  • Ability to identify metrics and key performance measures and use data to drive decisions which enhance the customer experience
  • Experience with OKRs and iterative product development (Agile), as well GitHub and Atlassian experience
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills as well as experience leading and managing a team with direct and indirect reports
  • Ability to work with significant autonomously with little oversight while adhering to the broader strategy set by executive leadership
