Truck Diver - Dump Trucks with Pups and Tractor with 5 Axle Lowboy

Who We Are: The Company headquarters is in Albany Oregon with a southern division in Central Point Oregon. We provide services to both the Private and Public sectors and work year-around. Most of our projects are in the state of Oregon along the Interstate 5 corridor.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Must Have a Valid Oregon CDL Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.

Must have 5 years of verifiable experience driving various Trucks with trailers and 5-Axle Tractor/Lowboy combo.

Must have 5 years of verifiable experience attaching and hauling a variety of trailers/lowboys including loading / unloading and securing heavy equipment onto trailers and lowboy.

Be capable of monitoring weight restrictions; keeping accurate mileage records; delivery and truck maintenance records and adhering to trucking schedules.

Responsible for overseeing correct loading of materials, inspecting trucks and trailers pre-and post-trip.

Experienced in the dumping and spreading of materials such as rock with the Dump Truck and using truck tarps to cover loads when hauling.

Responsible for checking truck fluid levels, tires, lights, and other controls both pre-and post-trip and fueling the truck.

Responsible for documenting and reporting to Truck Boss any needed truck or trailer maintenance.

Responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning of the Trucks including removing left-over materials out of dump box and pups of the dump trucks.

Must be knowledgeable of, and comply with, all State, Local and Federal rules/regulations/law regarding the trucking of construction materials and the hauling of heavy equipment.

Must be Safety Oriented and a Team Player with good communication skills.
