If so, we are looking for you!BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in NE Portland (Hollywood) is looking for full-time Experienced Veterinary Client Service Coordinator to join our team, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 8am - 8pm.We are team member focused, with a Culture of respect, compassion, empathy, and inclusivity. Roaring laughter, collaboration and best intentions fill our days, with an amazingly skilled team of DVMs with services in Emergency/ICU, Critical Care, Ophthalmology, Surgery, and Internal Medicine. Our support staff includes 5 VTS, experienced CVTs and support team. We are focused on teaching and helping move our industry forward.We offer competitive pay with growth opportunities!We are on the forefront of positive mental health for the Veterinary industry, with licensed social workers and great mental health benefits!As a Client Service Coordinator , you will be welcoming clients, completing intake paperwork, answering phones, scheduling appointments, keeping records in order, requesting, and organizing medical records to and from referring practices, and handling money transactions.Client Service Coordinators are customer service professionals who may also offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate manner.We are looking for individuals who can provide the highest quality customer service to our clients and their pets. Applicants must be self-motivated, organized, hardworking, compassionate, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.You would be joining an incredible and experienced local team that works collaboratively and compassionately.
