Description

To assist, perform, and execute various supervised tasks throughout the plant effectively and efficiently. The success of this position is based on effectively carrying out the following Essential Functions of the Position. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Inspect the tops by checking for Delam, cracking, bumps, blisters, mislay, and loose builddown

Collaborates with Production Line in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste

Organize the skid area, sweep up all buttons, throw away miter pieces on the floor, and blow designated areas

Perform 5S Checklist

Lift, carry, and move countertops

Inform alert line coordinator of hot tops/reruns and bad tops

Perform saw shutdown autonomous maintenance checklist for set 1 miter and 2 miter

Perform triple head trim saw shutdown autonomous maintenance checklist

Perform the end of line transfer table shutdown automatic maintenance checklist

Report all problems to the supervisor

Operate joe/forklift

Other duties as assigned
