Window Cleaner/Pressure Washer Needed

Are you looking for a fun job working outside and doing hands-on work? We are looking for an active individual to join our team.

Position details:

Experience preferred. The position is part-time or full-time, depending on preference.

Starting wage depends on experience and performance. Our experienced technicians make up to $28/hour and get paid piecework. We also have performance bonuses.

Scope of duties:

Interior and exterior window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and other maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Physical Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

- Must pass a background check

- Be comfortable using ladders up to 25 ft and walking on roofs

- Ability to work with others and independently

- Provide detail-oriented work

- Ability to follow instructions and work with limited supervision

- Must be able to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Have a professional appearance and demeanor

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Frequent standing, walking, sitting and climbing.
